My name is Darra and I believe what we eat truly impacts our health and well-being. I love to bake and wanted to be able to provide baked goods with only the best organic ingredients. Organic unbleached flour, pastured organic eggs, grass-fed dairy, etc and I will never use seed oils. I can accommodate allergens, but please note I am not a dedicated gluten-free home. I do have a regular job as well, so availability is limited. Organic ingredients do cost more, so my prices will reflect that.

I get all of my pasture raised eggs from a regenerative farm here in Pendleton, Remedy Farm. They have an abundance of eggs right now and game me a couple extra dozen. I was going to gift someone a dozen eggs, then decided why not try my first attempt at gluten free angel food cake since it takes nearly a dozen egg whites. It smells amazing!!!

I’d like to gift this gf angel food cake to someone. All you have to do is comment that you are interested. I’ll number each comment and put it in some random number generator thing to pick the winner. Also please check out Remedy Farm. Steve and Cindy are amazing!

For all of you that have picked up an order you’ve met Roxy. She knew when she saw me grab a boxed bake good from the table that someone was coming to the front door. She greeted all of you and often jumped on you (sorry).

My sweet girl went to heaven yesterday. About a month ago she started having symptoms that something was wrong. We found out last Friday it was a malignant nasal tumor. Our family is heartbroken and devastated. I feel lost as she was always with me. Dogs are truly special beings. They are sinless, loving, so connected to our emotions and routines.

If I look sad over the next couple of months when you pic up an order, I’m just missing my girl in these moments when she should be there.

It’s not goodbye my sweet Roxy, it’s see you later.
