My name is Darra and I believe what we eat truly impacts our health and well-being. I love to bake and wanted to be able to provide baked goods with only the best organic ingredients. Organic unbleached flour, pastured organic eggs, grass-fed dairy, etc and I will never use seed oils. I can accommodate allergens, but please note I am not a dedicated gluten-free home. I do have a regular job as well, so availability is limited. Organic ingredients do cost more, so my prices will reflect that.

Congratulations to Zoe & Reis!!! They got married today!!!

My first tiered cake. The bottom is two 8” layers of gluten free lemon. The top is two 6” layers of gluten free cookies and cream. Frosted semi naked style with vanilla buttercream.

A huge thank you to my neighbor Cindy for assisting me and honestly just the moral support. I was VERY anxious about this one.

Three 8” layers of chocolate cake layered with chocolate ganache and raspberry filling. Chocolate buttercream frosting, chocolate ganache drips and more raspberries on top. This cake was so fun to make!

Gluten Free Lemon Cake & Gluten Free Cookie Dough Cupcakes

These are for a baby shower for Cait this coming Saturday. Congratulations and I hope you have a wonderful time celebrating your baby girl!

Two 8” layers of gluten free lemon cake frosted with naturally dyed pink vanilla buttercream. Decorated with daisies.

1 dozen gf chocolate chip cupcakes filled with gf cookie dough. Topped with gf cookie dough frosting and more cookie dough.

Anyone gluten free want/need a little sweet treat? This is leftover gluten free cookie dough, cookie dough frosting and a little gf cake. I mean you don’t have to be gluten free as you can’t tell it’s gf. 😋 If interested let me know and you can have it.

Gluten Free Caramel Cake

Two 8” layers of gluten free and semi dairy free caramel cake. Aidan can have grass fed butter, but no other dairy. So any milk in this cake was homemade gf oat milk. Frosted with a combination of semi dairy free caramel frosting and vanilla buttercream. Green writing using natural dyes.

Three 8” layers of gluten free chocolate cake layered with delicious coconut pecan frosting. Then frosted with chocolate buttercream.

This is a “just because we want it” cake. I love it!!!

Happy 86th Birthday and Retirement to Dan!!!

Dan’s daughter, Susan, ordered this cake and requested the name of his realty business he just retired from be written on the top and the colors they used for their logo. The Amazon Web Service issue earlier this week made it iffy on whether the toppers would get here in time. Luckily they did and they are perfect for this cake!

This is a three 8” layer gluten free vanilla cake with vanilla bean buttercream using natural dyes.
