There is so much to be heard when you quiet the noise and sit in silence, and so much to be felt and seen when you close your eyes.

I decided to figure out this whole meditation thing in 2020. The world shut down with Covid and my personal world felt extra heavy. With no where to go, literally no where to go, I turned within. This began my journey that ultimately led me to Reiki.

Reiki provides me a space to connect with myself, my inner knowing, and inner guidance. It brings me peace, balance, clarity, and ultimately back to my authentic self.

I have used Reiki to help people enduring physical pain, emotional pain, and feelings of being stuck or overwhelmed. The impact I have seen it make it my life and the lives of others is undeniable.

It has been such a pleasure to share meditation, mindfulness, and Reiki with others!

There is SO much we can tap in to! Our body, mind, and spirit knows the way to heal and thrive, we just need to allow it to do so.
