Seventeen plus years ago when this picture was taken…
I could never dream of where I am today…
Over the past few years, my work has continued to evolve — not away from depth, but toward clarity.
You may notice a subtle shift in how I describe my practice.
Exalted Grace is now described as Somatic & Manual Therapy.
This change reflects what my work has always centered on:
how the nervous system, muscles, fascia, and breath interact to create — or resolve — chronic tension, pain, and stress patterns.
Rather than focusing on labels or modalities, my work is grounded in:
• nervous system regulation
• trauma-informed touch
• pain science
• and evidence-informed manual therapy
This approach supports the body’s ability to downshift out of chronic stress and into states where real change can occur — physically and emotionally — without forcing release or overwhelming the system.
Nothing about my care has become less human.
It has simply become more precise.
If you’ve been feeling:
• persistently tense or guarded
• mentally overwhelmed but physically exhausted
• stuck in pain patterns that don’t respond to exercise or stretching
• burnt out from carrying too much for too long
This work is designed for you.
For those who want a deeper explanation of what somatic & manual therapy actually means, I’ve written a longer piece on the blog (link in bio).
