From blank walls to a space filled with warmth, intention, and care ❤️ This office came to life last December {swipe to see the transformation} and with each brushstroke and choice, it has become a place for grounding, growth, and healing.

Change—whether big or small—is constant. And each step forward shapes who we are becoming.

I am deeply grateful to have spent 2025 showing up in this space with clients, and feel honored to witness more courage, transformation, and blooming in the year to come 🌱

The holidays are approaching, and with them comes a whirlwind of emotions. For many, this season can feel bittersweet as busy schedules, stressful family dynamics, and reminders of loss or painful memories often show up alongside moments of joy.

As women (and so often, as the “magic makers” of the season), we carry much of the invisible weight of making the holidays special for others. This year, we invite you to reclaim a bit of that magic for yourself. 🎁

Our Holiday Empowerment Group offers a therapeutic space for women to honor both the highs and the lows of the season. Together, we’ll use creative expression, therapeutic support, and intentional practices to manage stress, and rediscover moments of joy this holiday season. 🤍

A reminder to pause and be present ✨️

Phew 😮‍💨 — it’s been a long week! Let’s come back to the present by searching for any of the following:

- Something that’s your favorite color
- Objects that are gold or metal
- Rainbows (or rainbow-colored items)
- Something you don’t see often
- 3 Scrabble tiles (what do they spell?)
- Items related to the weather
- Butterflies or insects
- Something you only see in spring
- An item symbolizing good luck
- Something you’d like to eat
- Flowers of different colors
- Something that’s in your house

By looking for these things, you’re using your sense of sight to connect with the present moment.

You can do this anywhere by looking around you for a specific color or shape — or come back here anytime and choose an another option from the list to guide yourself back to the present!

As a Pensacola native and social worker in this community for over 8 years, I am deeply passionate about breaking the stigma related to mental health care and strengthening the individuals that make up our community!
