What your meal prep should look like.
Does eating only fresh whole proteins, fruits, and vegetables take more effort? Does it mean more trips to the grocery store or farmer's market? Does it mean you spend more time in the kitchen?
YES! It does!
But the alternative... bio-engineered meats, processed foods, and sugar laden prepackaged foods causing systemic inflammation, gut dysbiosis, chronic disease processes, and more!
What is more important? Scrolling reels and tiktoks or fueling your brain and body with the nutrients needed for our cells to function optimally!?!
