Not the perfect plan - the most sustainable one.
The one that ACTUALLY works, when life is crazy (because it happens).
You don’t need more willpower, you need to save your nervous system.
You’re stuck in that cycle - I’ve been there. Going ALL in and then just burning out. NOT because you’re lazy, unmotivated or not even necessarily because you’re not doing the right things.
It’s because the way have been taught to go after our goals is all wrong.
Your habits are wreaking havoc on your nervous system (under eating, overtraining, food restrictions, over-hydrating), and you develop more symptoms (fatigue, burnout, anxiety, depression, overwhelm, brain fog etc). You step on the scale and you tell yourself you’ve been doing ALL the right things, but the scale isn’t moving (or it may even be going up). Your body is going to hit the brakes hard and fast.
Then cravings come, you start falling off plan, starting over every Monday, jumping from diet to diet and the scale just keeps going up.
You can break the cycle. YOU aren’t broken.
