I come across a lot of women that think consistency means never missing. Real consistency is having a plan that adjusts when life happens. 💛It’s simple — not overwhelming.

They quit because the program was never designed for their body.

If you’re 35+…
Managing stress.
Juggling kids.
Sleeping 6 hours.

Of course it’s not sustainable.
