Protein Tip 💪
If you have trouble getting adequate protein in for your day, try spacing out servings with each meal. Instead of doing one full scoop after a workout (or whenever you drink a protein shake); do a half a scoop with each meal.
For example: if you use our Vegan Protein and take 1/2 a scoop of protein at each meal, you will consume 10 more grams of protein for your day. You don’t always need to do a rounded to the whole number scoop. Sometimes that will leave you with either not enough or taking in too much in for your day.
In turn, will this cause you to use more protein product? Yes. That isn’t the point. If you’re looking to hit a certain protein goal, you’re going to purchase the food to do so anyways. This is more of a tip in terms of convenience for your day to day needs, regardless if you use our product or not.
