We are so excited to launch a new monthly gathering where moms (and littles!) can come just as they are—unshowered, overwhelmed, in pajamas or with a diaper blowout in tow—and be welcomed with open arms. 💛

As interest grows, we’ll grow too—with smaller, more specialized groups to meet you where you are in motherhood.

Warm compress on your perineum, anyone? 😌

What are the potential benefits?
💡According to a study conducted by the NIH,
warm compresses applied to the perineum during the second stage of labor decreases the possibility of severe perineal trauma (tearing) and increases the likelihood of your perineum remaining intact.

One of my precious clients gifted me this portable kettle after a lukewarm warm water incident at a birth 🫠
The little things are the big things. 💞
