ISO: Moms who want to work part time! This is a position where you could work while your kids are in school. You’d be home when they leave for school and be back home before they get off the bus!

This is the whole reason I started my cleaning business! I was determined to be more present in my kids lives.

I have a waiting list of potential customers that want to be serviced. I am continually turning down work.

I have high standards for those I trust to represent my business name. I’ve been in business for about 7 years, I have a good reputation and I’ll keep it that way. I require someone to be a self starter, energetic, dependable, trustworthy, great work ethic and pay attention to detail.

I’m not in a hurry to hire just anyone. I want this job to help a mother who relates to wanting more time with their family and you won’t have to work weekends. The potential to make a living wage income is there. I’m just waiting to find the right person.

Thank you!

Thank you ❤️ for always beating for me.

Does anyone ever thank their ❤️ for beating? I’m grateful for mine.

It has never failed me. It beats for me, pumping blood, oxygen and nutrients through my body to all my organs 24/7.

I say my gratitudes for my kids, family, my friends and in showing my thankfulness for them I invest in them… I put time in to my relationships to help cultivate them. I invest in what matters to me, so we stay close and each one knows how much I love and appreciate them.

We don’t normally think about investing in our ❤️… spending time working it and keeping it healthy and appreciating it for all it does for us.

We take it for granted…

We get busy with life… I TOTALLY get it!! From working full time jobs and then some for some folks to managing a home, trying juggle fitting in TIME with those we care about AND time to keep ourselves healthy… it can be a real struggle.

We owe it to our ❤️ to fit in the time though. Appreciate it, spend time helping it stay healthy for as long as possible.

I personally want to be around to play with my grandkids one day. I want to have mobility to move and not be restricted. I’m doing my best to be able to enjoy the life God has given me. I only get ONE of these lives… and so do you.

Caring for our ❤️ is not just working out… we have to do better with what we consume. What we fill our bodies with. THAT is my biggest challenge. I admit, I am weak. I have days where I’m sad or bummed and just want to make myself temporarily feel better with a sweat treat. Believe me, I’m right there with y’all on the struggle bus!

WE have to DO better in order to BE better.

That’s with EVERYTHING.

If we want to try and live a great life and not feel tired and blah and have even more health issues than we already may get due to genetics… we have to take care of ourselves.

If we need to get closer to God… we have to read the Bible and be around like minded believers.

If we have work to do on healing inner wounds so we aren’t projecting and hurting others in relationships… STAY SINGLE and DO the work to BE better… to GET better…

If we hate our jobs and are miserable… DO something to change it.

YOU ARE THE ONLY ONE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR LIFE AND YOUR HAPPINESS!!

Don’t wait until your doctor says you have heart disease…

Don’t wait until you are so far from God and in a dark place that you use alcohol/drugs/ food and whatever else to fill that void.

I kind of went off on a tangent… but there ya have it… a little Monday Motivation for ya!! 🤪

I am so grateful I get to go out and teach life saving skills like CPR and First Aid. These ladies made this class a breeze!

If you, or anyone you know would like to know more about becoming CPR certified reach out to me.

This is a skill no one wants to ever use, but you'll be glad you did if you ever need it someday. No one ever expects it to happen to them... "Someone else may know CPR" ... But what if YOU are the only someone available?!

This isn't a skill for only healthcare providers, coaches and babysitters. EVERYONE needs to prepare for the unexpected.

✌️❤️

The ABCs of AEDs

When someone's heart stops beating and they are no longer breathing, each second is a crucial window of intervention. That's because most people will die within minutes if nothing is done. You've probably walked by small red or white boxes mounted on walls at your community center, shopping mall, or sporting arena hundreds of times without noticing them. Inside each of those glass cases is an automated external defibrillator (AED), a computerized medical device that analyzes the heart of someone in cardiac arrest, If the AED detects a dangerous abnormal heart rhythm, it can deliver a shock to restore a normal rhythm. The machines are designed so that anyone, even people who have never taken a CPR course, can operate them.
Audio and visual cues tell the user exactly what to do, when, and for how long. Usually, you'll need to attach two sticky pads with sensors onto the chest of the person who is having the cardiac event, The sensors, or electrodes, transmit information about the heart's rhythm to the AED. The machine then tells you whether chest compressions or a shock to restart the person's heart is needed. Some machines deliver the shock without your having to push a button. Acting quickly is essential to restore oxygen flow to the brain: Someone who's gone into cardiac arrest has a 60 percent survival rate IF they receive an AED shock within 3-4 minutes.

WHY??

Why did I start this business? Why is training others in CPR so important to me?

#1. I'm passionate about helping and loving others. I have discovered along the way that it's also my purpose in life.
#2. Seconds matter. Life matters. Knowing how to perform high quality CPR matters.
#3. I want everyone to be prepared for the unexpected.

From personal experiences in the field, I know. Cardiac arrest does not discriminate. I've worked on new babies to 98 year olds. Your loved one can be happy and smiling and a few short hours/minutes later they are gone. You could be the only one around to save them.

Permanent brain damage begins after only 4 minutes without oxygen, and death can occur as soon as 4-6 minutes later. This is why immediate CPR is crucial.

I would love to offer a FREE CPR (in person class) once a month, starting in January. I am feeling led to target parents, grandparents and teenagers. (Laypersons)

If you or anyone you know could benefit from this class, please message me. Unfortunately, classes will be maxed out at 6 students. So, space will be limited.

I will hold a class on January 21st 1-4pm. This class will be FREE, if you do wish to have a CPR card through the AHA I can get you one for the cost of the card through their website. It will be $17.00. Otherwise, the class without needing a CPR certification card is completely free.
