Illinois Valley Baseball Academy Our goal is to positively impact and develop players of all ages from the Illinois Valley. Hi, my name is Jake Sale.

My goal is to help baseball players of all ages in the Illinois Valley become better at the game of baseball. I began doing pitching lessons in the summer of 2017 in the Illinois Valley. For some background information on me, I pitched collegiately at Parkland College (Junior College) and continued on to pitch at Illinois State University (Division 1).

With games getting into full swing, I found this interview I came across this morning very fitting. Building the mental side is just as important as building the physical side.
