He’d been told:
“Stop squatting.”
“Stop lifting heavy.”
“CrossFit is too much for your back.”
His MRI said “disc degeneration.”
His ortho recommended injections.
But no one asked why only certain lifts flared him up.
No one looked at how he moved under load.
We did.
And the real issue wasn’t his disc — it was a bracing pattern that collapsed under fatigue.
We rebuilt it.
Today he’s lifting more than he did before the pain started… no surgery in sight.
