A lot of what kids are hearing about va**ng leaves out important details. What seems harmless or โ€œjust flavoredโ€ can still affect brain development, increase the risk of addiction, and impact lung and heart health.

Many products are designed to be appealing and easy to hide, which makes it even more important for parents and caregivers to stay informed. When you know what is really behind these products, you can have clearer, more confident conversations at home.
