Welcome!

I’m excited share this journey with you and explore yoga together. I’ve been working with the human body in rehab and wellness for 20 years, but found yoga because of my own ankle injury. Yoga allowed me to work back into running by increasing my flexibility, balance, strength, and added benefit de-stress. What I love most about yoga is how it embraces students all ages and physical abilities, so everyone is welcomed. I just completed my RYS 200 training with Ahh Yoga and obtained certification with the National Yoga Alliance. I think you will come to love yoga as much as I do, so I look forward to sharing this adventure with you. Namaste Thelma
