✨ 2025, you were full. ✨

This year brought growth in ways I couldn’t have planned but am deeply grateful for!

I turned 40 and somehow feel more grounded, confident, and clear than ever.

We celebrated Devin’s retirement after 21 years of service in the U.S. Navy, a milestone that still feels surreal and incredibly meaningful for our family.
There was a lot of movement too. Mexico, Yellowstone, Pagosa Springs, Estes Park, Nashville, Santa Rosa, and so many moments in between. Countless hours outside hiking, running, walking, breathing in fresh air and reminding myself how good simple things can feel.
Professionally, 2025 stretched and fulfilled me.

I had the honor of speaking at the Colorado Springs Health and Fitness Expo on a GLP 1 panel. I published 52 YouTube videos sharing real food, real facts, and real balance. And I built deeper, more meaningful relationships with clients through nutrition counseling, cooking classes, and meal prep support.

We even thought we would be moving to Tennessee this year. Turns out that dream is just a little more patient and still very much on the 2026 vision board 🤞

More than anything, this year reminded me why I do what I do. Helping people eat well, feel good, and believe in themselves will always be the work I love most.

Cheers to lessons, growth, and whatever 2026 brings 🤍

🍫✨ Homemade Gluten-Free Thin Mint Cookies ✨🍃

These are LEGIT better than the box! 😍 Crisp minty cookie wafers dipped in rich chocolate, and the best part? They are naturally sweetened & gluten-free!

Ingredients you’ll need:
🍪 Cookie Wafers:
• 1 ½ cup Almond Flour
• ¼ cup Cocoa Powder
• ½ tsp Xanthan Gum
• Pinch of Salt
• 3 tbsp Unsalted Butter
• 4 tbsp Maple Syrup
• 1 tbsp Water
• ¾ tsp Peppermint Extract
