These piglets will be raised right here—on pasture, with care, and without the rush of commercial production. The result is deeply flavorful, well-marbled pork you simply can’t find in stores.

We keep things small on purpose so quality never slips.

It's bug season - the good, the bad, and the bugly! I found this guy in my tub (please don't say how he got there 😬) and I thought about just washing him down the drain because I couldn't get a good picture to identify him - and he's almost the size of my pinky!

I'm glad I decided to take the time to look him up though because he's a rove beetle, a beneficial predatory bug that eats carrion and fly larvae - and let's be honest, here on the farm, we can use all the fly predators we can rally!!

I tossed him outside to put him to work on the farm, silently consuming hundreds of maggots each day! Thank you, little fella!
