Thank you .com, Rose Bridge Farm and Horse and Goat Yoga for the opportunity to lead Goat Yoga today.

We loved all the goat cuddles!!!

I highly recommend everyone give it a try and check out the farm. They have an amazing animal rescue and do great work.

I’d love to see you there. I’ll be teaching the next two Sundays as well.

Happy Tuesday!!!

I am excited to be hosting a 4-week yoga series at The CO Lab in Glenside, PA.

Join me Sunday evenings to relax and reset for the week ahead. Starting 10/13/24 from 7 to 8 pm.

You can join me for all four sessions or drop in for a class or two.

It’s a gentle class where everybody is welcome. No yoga experience required.

Fall is a season of transition and letting go. This class will combine breathwork, meditation, and gentle movements integrating elements of hatha and restorative yoga. We will create space to get quiet, connect with ourselves and let go of anything that doesn’t serve us (goodbye stress, worry, fear, doubt, etc.).
