Weight Loss AND Fast Food???
I think I found the best option when it comes to breakfast

Chick-fil-A gets the W here with their Egg White Grill and Greek Yogurt Granola Parfait

Landing at 560 calories & 40 grams of protein, it's a perfect option for me

Is it the perfect breakfast, No, BUT -

Every Month I do Afternoon Tea at the Restaurant

Making 7 Different Irresistible Bites due Each Tower

I can't resist snacking on them myself, knowing it's a day that I'm going over my calories....

BUT, I don't freak out, I don't skip meals, I didn't punish myself with excessive exercise feeling like I need to earn or burn those extra calories...

I just get right back on track. I do make sure to exercise that day, I do still eat three meals, prioritize protein, fiber and colorful plant foods...

And I feel good about it!!

CONSISTENCY of your healthy habits is more important than striving for PERFECTION - which is impossible!

How to Eat Out When Losing Weight
Without earning like a rabbit...

Going out to enjoy a nice meal doesn't have to derail your weight loss goals. Here are my 3 keys to success:

1) Plan Ahead: check out the menu online to avoid making an impulsive decision that you'll regret later

2) Don't Skip Meals: don't skip breakfast or lunch just because you're going out to dinner. This will only leave you starving and binging at the restaurant. Instead I still eat my 3 meals a day, but I make sure to really dial in the meals I eat at home.

3) Don't Punish Yourself: don't feel the need to overexercise or skip meals the next day after going out, or feel guilty - this is the negative relationship of dieting I fight against. If you stick to my first two rules, you'll be able to go out and enjoy a nice meal without eating like an as***le

*Bonus Tips: don't be afraid to ask for substitutions or sauce on the side. Rice is usually going to be a better choice than potatoes. Avoiding fried foods is a good rule to avoid super high calorie dishes. Sharing a dessert with the wife is a good way to get something sweet, but not add 1000 calories.

My kids love going out for ramen, I got this last week, probably landed around 1000 calories, totally fine as I fit it into my day without skipping meals or feeling like an as***le.
