What's the BEST First Step When Trying to Lose Weight?!?!?

FIND ACCOUNTABILITY!!!

There are a bunch of different ways to lose weight, and there's no secret diet that you need to find.

I lost 70 lbs doing many different diets - weight watchers, calorie counting, keto, fasting, plant based....
I had success with each method AND struggles with each method - SO I'm telling you right now, the diet isn't the secret -it's CONSISTENCY & ACCOUNTABILITY!

It's hard to lose weight, and it's even harder to do it alone, so find someone that will help motivate you to stick with it and hold you accountable on a consistent basis.

Does it mean low carb?

- Weight Loss Hack - Low Calorie Sauces!

My favorite way to make healthy and low calorie sauces is to use greek yogurt as the base instead of mayo. Mayo is almost 200 cal for 2tbsp, where greek yogurt is more like 25!!! AND it has protein, healthy fats & probiotics - a superstar combo

This weekend I made a yogurt based remoulade that I used to smother an everything baked cod entree and then used it as a base for tuna salad - it was great!!!

Check this Out! 2 tuna salad sandwiches were under 500 calories COMBINED and had over 60g or protein!! - I used 2 cans of tuna, 1/4 cup of the remoulade, 2 martins potato buns, some lettuce & tomato - I had a few carrot sticks on the side and enjoyed!

For the Remoulade:
1 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
3 tbsps Pickle (diced)
2 tbsps Lemon Juice
1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
1 tbsp Dried Parsley
1 tsp Smoked Paprika
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Onion Powder
1 tsp Sea Salt
1/2 tsp Black Pepper
