- Weight Loss Hack - Low Calorie Sauces!
My favorite way to make healthy and low calorie sauces is to use greek yogurt as the base instead of mayo. Mayo is almost 200 cal for 2tbsp, where greek yogurt is more like 25!!! AND it has protein, healthy fats & probiotics - a superstar combo
This weekend I made a yogurt based remoulade that I used to smother an everything baked cod entree and then used it as a base for tuna salad - it was great!!!
Check this Out! 2 tuna salad sandwiches were under 500 calories COMBINED and had over 60g or protein!! - I used 2 cans of tuna, 1/4 cup of the remoulade, 2 martins potato buns, some lettuce & tomato - I had a few carrot sticks on the side and enjoyed!

For the Remoulade:
1 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
3 tbsps Pickle (diced)
2 tbsps Lemon Juice
1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
1 tbsp Dried Parsley
1 tsp Smoked Paprika
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Onion Powder
1 tsp Sea Salt
1/2 tsp Black Pepper
