Tiramisu Protein Overnight Oats
Tasted like dessert, fueled my body like a super food!!
Don't underestimate how useful overnight oats can be. A great breakfast, dessert or afternoon snack like I had today.
Using some leftover coffee in the morning, mixed with chocolate protein powder, water and chia seeds as the base. I topped it with some Greek yogurt, dusted with more protein powder and a few dark chocolate chips!
Over 30 grams of protein, tons of fiber, healthy fats and probiotics, this really is a GREAT dish.
