1. Reduce shadows by turning on the lights in the house before the sun starts going down
2. Avoid caffeine in the afternoon and evening
3. Maintain a consistent schedule throughout the week
4. Engage in activity or conversation to keep your loved ones engaged
5. Keep the house well lit to minimize fall risks
6. Minimize napping during the day to ensure a full nights sleep
7. Reduce any distracting background noise
