Decided to get back into some conversationing....my motivation for recording and managing podcasts just hasn't been there as of late, but then I met randomly a few months back amid his journey on the Appalachian Trail....After conquering his quest in a little over 3 months I had to sit down and listen to his experience completing one of America's most illustrious adventures!

I had the pleasure of speaking on a few fun podcasts this past month....it had been a long time for me, but both developed into some really good coversations about fitness, nutrition, and overall wellness

Carter is a prominent junior golfer in Nashville, TN...He aspires to land an NCAA scholarship and dreams of one day making the PGA tour.....I started doing nutrition coaching with him at the beginning of the year and he is also the owner of , who designed my website...we covered general nutrition and touched on viewer questions specific to golf performance

Mike is a childhood friend, colleague, and someone I always lean on for professional advice....Mike is the owner of in Reading, PA which provides in person and virtual fitness training to clients local and beyond...His business is about to celebrate it's 10 year anniversary! 🍾 We chatted about all things fitness, establishing good nutritional habits, and the future of fitness in the COVID era

for completing the 10K Super event at on Saturday....Pete worked his ass off training for this event with some guidance from myself and coaches .paredes.o & and it was so gratifying seeing him cross that finish line.....can't wait to see him demolish the rest of his summer events!

Pete's been crushing his workouts at and has been doing some nutrition coaching with me over the past few months....He's down 15lbs, set a personal PR on the Murph challenge last month, and is ready to tackle some upcoming Spartan races this summer while also preparing for an upcoming climbing trip to Devil's Tower! 👏👏💪

A crucial element to Intuitive Roots' development early on was having respect for ourselves to be honest with the efforts and progress we were making. Almost as important as the respect was the courage to say "No" when any of us felt it had to be said.
The biggest takeaway we would like people to have from training and collaborating with Intuitive Roots is that we never made them feel like our priority was a business metric or covering our own asses for profit. Our goal is for everyone we train and interact with to become their best selves.
