Are you ready to break up your relationship with food?
You get out your scale from the bottom drawer to weigh your food before you cook each meal...
You take out your book of foods you can have, figure out how many points they are, or have to calculate the ratio of macros that you are going to have for the day,🧮
You figure out what you can have to eat, then realize you still need to go grocery shopping on top of taking care of the kids, going to work, and getting the dog to the vet.
You have to spend so much extra brain energy “balancing” meals, portioning them, and counting points that you find it’s easier just to either
A) not eat at all or
😎 say F #$ it, I”m just going to order a hoagie and bag of chips for lunch.
Not only are you exhausting yourself with your own meal plans and calculations but you need to cook something different for your family members who turn their noses up at your food.
I am exhausted thinking about you guys doing this.
