Exercising is necessary no matter how busy our schedule becomes. I am a licensed behavior consultant with a full time+ caseload (IYKYK) and I am also taking 2 graduate courses this semester 😫🤦🏽‍♀️ If anyone knows about limited time, it would be me. With my busy schedule, I am still making an intentional effort to make time for health and fitness because it is soooo necessary and soooo worth it!!! I just had blood work done and everything was within normal range and I want to keep it that way. I also got some fitness goals that I want to reach which includes toning up my abs, glutes, back and arms. Because our schedules can become so busy, we may only have time for quick workouts. And ladies, as we get older, time is not on our side, our metabolism slows down and we enter into the stages of menopause and that is a beast of a whole other sort. If you already workout 2-3 days per week, keep it up and if you aren’t, now is a good time to start! Below is the quick workout that I completed this morning while watching school lecture videos.
1 minute leg lifts
1 minute pushups
1 minute squats
1 minute planks
1 minute each leg fire hydrants
1 minute each leg donkey kicks
1 minute sit-ups
REPEAT

30 sec leg lifts
30 sec pushups
30 sec squats
30 sec planks
30 sec each leg fire hydrants
30 sec each leg donkey kicks
30 sec sit-ups
REPEAT
And most importantly, don’t forget to stretch before and after your workout.
