The Missing Linc is officially Painted, Cleared out, Cleaned and Sanitized thanks to the help of Anthony Curci Construction and My Saint of a Mother. We will have beds and bedding delivered this week. Some furniture and final touches will be done and we will be having our first guest moving in by next weekend!

We are about 2 weeks away from opening we have 5 open beds remaining. If you are 9+ months sober and looking to start that next chapter of your life we would love to set up an over the phone or in person meeting and see if we are a good fit for you.

Requirements for moving in:

• Clean urine is a must no excuses!
• 9 or more months of continuous sobriety
• Successfully completing a sober living home/halfway house and leaving on good terms.(This means no back rent owed, you can’t of gotten kicked out and I don’t want hear who’s fault it was, and you have to come with a recommendation from the owner of the house you are coming from).
• Be willing to game plan your exit strategy from day one. This means getting open and honest about what’s holding you back from getting your own place and continuing to build on the foundation you have created to this point. Our goal is to get you to where you need to be to better your life.
• We have a very reasonable cost to live here which is $150 intake fee and $150 per week so $300 to move in and there are no exceptions for not being able to pay the move in fee and first weeks rent as well as always being on time with your rent. We are here to get you ready for the next step and if you aren’t ready for this step that is totally understandable but it does mean we are not the place for you yet.
• Have a sponsor, be actively working the steps, a home group and actively participating in a 12 step program.
• Be committed to giving back to our neighborhood that means shoveling neighbors sidewalks, helping clean up trash and anything else that will show the neighbors we are the neighbor they didn’t even know they needed!

The Missing Linc is a Male Three Quarter Sober Living home located in the stadium district of South Philadelphia. We are here for individuals who are 9+ months sober who have successfully completed and are leaving a sober living home on good terms. We will be providing these individuals with a safe sober environment to continue their sobriety without having to continue to follow the same rules of those individuals needing a more structured sober living environment.
