It is important to get up and move regardless of the type of activity! 30 minuets of moderate intensity aerobic activity for 5 days or 20 minuets of vigorous intensity aerobic activity for 3 days of the week. Combined with activities that maintain / increase muscular strength + endurance for 2 days of the week.
