Advocating for yourself can be hard. Trauma has a way of creating many challenges such as loneliness, increased anxiety, and relationship difficulties. During these uncertain times, it can feel overwhelming and isolating trying to navigate daily life. I aim to help you navigate traumatic events by empowering you, improving self-image, and processing strong emotions. It is important to know there is no wrong way to feel. My mission is to help you find practical solutions to ease the stress of daily life and to build resilience and strength.

As a virtual therapist I am able to be with you where you feel most comfortable. I provide a judgement free space that allows you to experience difficult emotions with someone who understands the complex effects of trauma.

I specialize in treating PTSD, depression, and anxiety disorders. With previous experience working in doctor’s offices, partial hospitalization programs, and abuse shelters I bring an understanding of how difficult it is to reclaim your sense of self after a traumatic incident. Together we create a tailored therapeutic approach for you to heal.
