Jesse's goal is to create a space where you feel seen, heard, and supported as you process things that may be difficult to face alone. He pulls from a background working in mental health settings with youth, from K-12 and higher education, as well as group facilitation spaces, helping people navigate life’s challenges.

Jesse specializes in helping clients managing anxiety, depression, ADHD, interpersonal conflict, career changes, and more, with a focus on supporting those in the Black and Brown, immigrant, and LGBTQ+ communities.

Whether it’s person-centered, solution-focused, or cognitive behavioral therapy, he looks to highlight strengths and work with you to identify what thriving can mean in your life.

At this recent workshop with Jefferson Moss Magee, we emphasized healing wasn’t just physical — it was deeply personal.
This workshop offered a non-judgmental space for participants to explore how their sense of self and body image had shifted after injury.

Together, we reflected on what it meant to reconnect with the body after change — to honor grief, embrace resilience, and begin shaping a new relationship with identity, confidence, and wholeness.

Because healing after physical loss was never about returning to who we were — it was about discovering who we are becoming.

Our team partners with rehabilitation centers, hospitals, community organizations, and more to design trauma-informed, culturally responsive wellness workshops that meet people where they are — and help them move toward whole-person healing.

If your organization is interested in bringing in a similar experience, we’d love to connect.

Every time we return to the Core Curriculum for Childhood Trauma, we're reminded that this is more than a training — it’s a shift in perspective.

When we move from asking “What’s wrong with you?” to “What happened to you?” — and ultimately to “What do you need in order to heal?” — we begin dismantling false narratives labeling trauma responses as defiance, manipulation, or dysfunction. Instead, we learn to recognize them as adaptive strategies: a child’s best attempt to survive overwhelming experiences with the tools they had at the time.

This lens invites us to look beneath behavior to the story the nervous system is telling — one shaped by chronic stress, disrupted attachment, or unsafe environments. And when we understand that story, we stop reacting to symptoms and start responding to needs: regulation before reasoning, connection before correction, safety before expectation.

Grateful to walk alongside professionals committed to deepening their practice — because when we transform how we see children, we transform how we support their healing. 💡

was a panelist at the Philly Sprout Summit where we delved into impactful discussions on community resources, equity in action, and the importance of early intervention. Not only was the collective expertise impressive, but despite years in the field all panelists shared a deep, genuine compassion for children and families.

Led by a brilliant keynote from Dr Brenda Jones Harden, panelists to organizers to attendees were united by a shared purpose of supporting infant and early childhood mental health needs and building upon resiliencies. facilitated beyond mere strategy discussions, as space was created for openness, authenticity, and collaborative efforts rooted in community.

Let's continue this important work together.
