Gilda Smith LMT, NMT, PDMT, and more: Owner and Founder of Relax Therapy Spa, formeraly exhale, Philadelphia urban spa. A graduate of Pennsylvania School of Muscle Therapy in 2001. Gilda's dedication to fine tuning her gift , thankfully helped her find oestopathic massage modalities, SMRT and Positional Release Therapy. Gilda's new skill set has evolved her practice to extrodinary levels in the healing arts. Clients have reported they are pain free, the approach of regaining muscular balance proves to be the begining of self healing. Gilda's work experience is as impressive as her extensive studies; she has worked with a number of professional athletes including, several Eagles football players, collegiate athletes and marathon runners. Currently, Gilda works at the Five Diamond spa in the Rittenhouse Hotel and for a decade in various compacities Gilda continues to perform massage therapy at University of Pennsylvannia. Gilda has a team of therapists, equally extradinary, assist her in corporate chair massage events, for Enon Tabenacle Church high attend healt initiative events and races, various other churches and synagoes, multiple universities, various institions like Einstein Hospital and many more companies, ie Merk pharmaceutical and Merrill Lynch.
