Hello Everyone! Thank you so much to all that attending the Philadelphia NEDA Walk on Saturday! It was an amazing event and I was so happy to see all of you there!

Hello Everyone!

I would just like to take the time to thank all of the individuals that are making the Philadelphia NEDA Walk possible this year.

First off, thank you to our amazing sponsors! The organizations sponsoring the Philadelphia NEDA Walk this Saturday are the Renfrew Center for Eating Disorders, the Montecatini Eating Disorder Treatment Center, the Center for Hope and Health, Seeds of Hope, and the Monte Nido & Affiliates Eating Disorder Treatment Organization. For those attending the event this Saturday I highly recommend that you take the time to check out the amazing tables that all of our sponsors will have set up.

I would also like to thank both Christina Miranda and Amanda Moreno from the Body Empowerment Project. They will also be hosting a table and will be speaking at the event. The organization that they started has truly made such a positive impact on the Philadelphia community and I am so excited to have them at the event this Saturday!

In addition, Ryan Sullivan will be the DJ at this years event. He has done so much work preparing some amazing playlists and I know that he will keep everything upbeat and fun at the event!

Lastly, I would not have been able to put this event together had it not been for all of my amazing volunteers! You will see all of them working hard on Saturday, but please know that they also put in so much work securing donations and prizes for the event as well! Not only that, but Sloan Meyerl has been working incredibly hard preparing some amazing crafts for the event that you all can decorate yourselves! I cannot thank each and every one of them enough for all of their hard work and dedication!

I cannot wait to see everyone at the Philadelphia NEDA Walk this Saturday! Even if it does rain, I know that this will be such a fun and inspirational event for all who attend!

This is just a reminder that the Kendra Scott Fundraiser ends tonight, so if you would like to purchase some of their beautiful jewelry pieces and have 20% of the proceeds be donated to the National Eating Disorder Association I encourage you to do so as soon as possible.

Thank you so much for all of your hard work with fundraising thus far for the Philadelphia NEDA Walk, we are getting close to our fundraising goal and I have no doubts that we will be able to meet that goal with all of our continued efforts!

Hello Everyone! Tomorrow night I am hosting a Zoom Happy Hour with the jewelry company Kendra Scott to kick off a fundraising that I am hosting through them for the Philadelphia NEDA Walk. If you make a purchase through Kendra Scott on April 23rd or 24th using the code on the image below, 20% of proceeds from your purchase will go to the National Eating Disorders Association! I am so excited for this event and hope that you all can make it!

Hello Everyone! I just wanted to share with you all this really cool approach to fundraising! It is never to early to start raising money for the big day!

Here are the instructions for how to use this as a fundraising tool:

1. Post this image on your Instagram or Facebook Story.
2. As you start to receive the specific monetary donations, mark those boxes with an "X".
3. Whenever you place a new "X" on a box, make a new post with the BINGO card so that everyone can see the amazing progress that you are making.
4. If you find that you have already filled up one BINGO card, post a brand new one to start filling that one up as well.
