This happens when you lose body fat while gaining muscle. Muscle is denser than fat, meaning that the same weight will take up less space. For this reason, your weight may stay the same even as you lose inches. A sign you’re moving in the right direction.

A scale will only show you a number, but it doesn’t show:

✅how much better your clothes are fitting
✅how much easier it is to climb stairs/walk distances etc.
✅how much stronger you are

Keep going. Stay consistent. Don’t stop
