Our Connections Memory Café is a warm, welcoming social hour for individuals living with dementia, memory loss, or cognitive changes and their care partners. It’s a chance to enjoy activities, conversation, laughter, and the comfort of being together in community.

If you know someone who might benefit from this gentle and supportive space, we’d love to welcome them.

It’s ! 💻 If your desk is currently buried under a mountain of junk mail and old receipts, it’s hard to stay productive.
Our Tip: Start with the ""Flat Surface"" rule. Clear everything off the desk and only put back what you use every single day.

What’s the one thing on your desk you definitely DON'T need? (For us, it’s usually empty coffee mugs! ☕)
