Hi everyone! Sola here. It’s been a while!

as some of you may know, I am the founder of Ayoka Apothecary.

As the sole owner and sole employee, it is just me, so when life gets busy, unfortunately I am not always on top of my social media presence.

While I don’t always post, know that you can find delicious teas, mixes, energy work/stress relief services on the website! I’m also gearing up for the holiday season. So you’ll be able to shop IRL!

Why tea?

I get asked that question alot.

There’s a long answer (I’m going live this week so keep an eye out for that) and a short answer.

The short answer is that besides being nutritious and delicious - it is also cultural.

Just about every culture has a tea culture. Whether it’s medicinal, social, or meditative. Tea connects us to ourselves and others.
