Meditation has transformed my life. Before meditating I had an obsessive mind. I was always preparing for the worst, had little trust in people and a lot of negative thoughts. As a full-time working mom leading a nonprofit organization, I was stressed and my anxiety levels were high, to say the least.
By introducing a daily meditation practice into my life I have been able to transform the way I think. I love more freely, live in kindness and in one with the universe.
