Someone asked me for my opinion about Deepak Chopra and his connection to Epstein — and why I haven’t said much about it.
Honestly… I’m not sure how much is left to say.
I stopped putting people on pedestals a long time ago.
There was a time when I studied certain teachers deeply and respected them so much. Deepak was one of many. But then I had a personal experience with someone I truly believed was “an angel on Earth,” and it taught me something that changed me forever:
No one belongs on a pedestal.
That experience brought me back to myself.
It helped me learn to look for guidance inside, not outside.
To trust my intuition… and my “team” (the unseen support I feel around me).
I still read. I still study. I still learn from many people.
But I also understand this truth: sometimes what people teach and what they do, feel, or live… aren’t always the same.
I also came across a copy of an email that was apparently sent to Deepak’s mailing list. I’m not on that list, so I didn’t receive it personally — but I’ve seen it shared and referenced in many comments.
To me, it reads like that familiar “corporate America” polished messaging — the kind that can subtly steer people away from their own inner knowing.
So here’s my message, with love:
Please don’t give your power away to gurus.
Let teachers inspire you… but let your soul lead you.
Be your own guru.
And as for Deepak — may he receive back, threefold, what he has put out into the world.

Choose Wisely 🤍
What matters most in life is not what others choose -
but what you choose.
Other people will act from their own wounds, fears, or understanding.
Their words, actions, and reactions belong to them.
Your choices belong to you.
Here is a gentle way to see it:
Imagine two balloons tied to your wrist with invisible energy strings.
One balloon is fed by loving choices -
love, empathy, patience, kindness, generosity, compassion.
The other balloon is fed by heavier choices -
anger, jealousy, resentment, bitterness, hate.
Every time you make a choice, you send energy into one of these balloons.
Whatever you feed… grows.
The balloon expands, filling more and more, until one day it bursts.
And when it does, everything inside it falls back onto you.
So pause for a moment and ask yourself:
Which balloon do you want to burst?
The one filled with love and grace?
Or the one filled with pain and poison?
Here is the truth many forget:
Other people’s energy feeds their balloons - not yours.
You are not responsible for what they carry.
You are responsible for what you choose to feed within yourself.
No matter what others do, say, or demand -
what matters is how you respond.
Because in the end,
that is what returns to you.
That is what shapes your life.
That is what your soul carries forward.
Choose with awareness.
Choose with compassion.
Choose wisely.
