We’re so excited to introduce MoveHer — a 4-week social media campaign dedicated to pelvic floor and women’s health 💪✨

Led by our student intern, Paige Yocum, this campaign is all about creating space for education, awareness, and real conversations around topics that don’t always get the attention they deserve. From helpful tips to understanding how pelvic floor therapy can support your everyday life, we’re here to make this information approachable, empowering, and easy to understand.

We’ll also be highlighting ways to support the incredible work being done by Salem County Women’s Services [https://salemcountywomensservices.org] 💗

From barely moving… to back on his feet. 💪
Hunter broke his ankle, tore multiple tendons, and spent months out of work after surgery.
At first, even the smallest movements were tough. But with the right support and consistency, progress started to show — more mobility, more strength, more confidence.
