First and foremost, I believe it is important to build a trusting therapeutic alliance upon our initial online consultation. I provide services to individuals, couples and Single Mothers By Choice (SMC), from the comfort of your home or office...to help meet the needs of your busy schedule(s). Whether you are in the beginning stages of your family planning journey, deep in the process or have already welcomed a new member into your family I am here to support you.

Although I feel that many orientations are equally important, I specialize in Mindfulness-based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (MB-CBT), which assists many individuals suffering from Depression, Anxiety and Postpartum Depression (PPD).

As a SMC myself, I have first-hand experience navigating the process of fertility, reproductive issues and challenges that come with single parenting.

My background includes working as a Foster Care Social Worker, where I helped individuals and couples foster and/or adopt children all ages in the community. Family planning is a unique and individual experience that comes with its own set challenges and stressors. Let me help you navigate that, together.
