This isn’t just a holiday thing.⁣

The 👉 “I’m ready. BUT…”⁣ ⁣

Is probably what holds you back year round.⁣

🎄 DISCREPANCY⁣

She wants to focus on her health & fitness, but doesn’t believe she can during this time of year.⁣

Her internal desires are being squashed by external circumstances.⁣

& she doesn’t believe she can have both.⁣

🎁 ASSUMPTIONS⁣

She’s ready, but she has the assumption that health & fitness goals need to be put on pause during the holidays.⁣

What’s worse—this assumption is likely to turn into a self fulfilling prophecy.⁣

(Aka because she’s assuming this, it will come true)⁣

🎅 SOCIAL NORMS⁣

This ties into the assumptions, which leads to that discrepancy & mindset issue.⁣

Good ol’ society tells us 24/7 that health & fitness = dieting⁣

And dieting = no Christmas cookies.⁣

THE REALITY⁣ 👀👇⁣

There’s never a perfect time to start. Never. You’ll always have a reason to wait.⁣

Health & fitness goals DO NOT...⁣

I REPEAT.⁣

DO👏NOT👏⁣

Need to take away from your holiday experiences.⁣

They DO👏NOT👏⁣

Need to be restrictive and depriving.⁣

They DO👏NOT👏⁣

Need to require an entire lifestyle overhaul.⁣

In fact - it should be the opposite.⁣

A good coach will help you navigate the holidays without feeling the need to go jingle balls to the wall on food and drinks with plans to just “start later”⁣

And work WITH you to plan for your lifestyle, preferences, and priorities.⁣

This will (and should) look different depending on the person.⁣

Because you, your life, and your goals are unique to YOU.⁣

Ready to stop getting in your own way?⁣👀

Look, I’m a straight shooter so let’s cut the s**t. ⁣

Chasing 30 lbs in 30 days is arguably the stupidest behavior people participate in who want to lose fat and keep it off in a healthy way.

I’ve never understood the purpose of running 100mph for 30 days just to reach some arbitrary number. ⁣

Especially when most know it hurts them more than it helps them. ⁣(and it’s mostly water weight doing it that way)

Sacrificing their physical, mental, and emotional health to set a new “record.” ⁣

I say this with the utmost love, ⁣

To anyone with half a brain… ⁣

Not knowing what you don’t know is costing you dearly. It’s costing you monetarily and it’s costing you time. Time you can’t get back.

In case you missed it: ⁣

Your lack of knowledge is what happened. ⁣

There’s nothing wrong with striving for excellence and pushing the limits to see what you’re capable of. ⁣

But letting your blind spots run the show only perpetuates chaos and pain. ⁣

Instead of chasing unrealistic numbers and fad diets that leaves you feeling empty….

Shift your focus to: ⁣

✅ Mastering Maintenance
✅ Sustainable lifestyle changes
✅ Mastering your mindset
✅ Improving Your Relationship with Food
✅ Record happiness ⁣

Stop being enamored by quick wins and cheap dopamine hits that don’t support your long-term vision. ⁣

Dial in. ⁣

Build a lifestyle that in 5 years you’ll respect yourself for. ⁣

We are beyond proud of what our client Heidi accomplished in 12 short weeks!!

She received menus personalized to her. No cookie cutter stuff.

She knew exactly what to eat and what to buy from the grocery store and in the right amounts to avoid any food waste.

Her family ate the meals because it's real food. She wanted to eat real food and get real results while building an amazing relationship with food and her body.

Anytime she went out to eat, she would text and have an answer of what to do within 5 minutes. She'd send over the menu and have a plan immediately.

I am the angry nutrition guy, but you can call me Jordan. I am angry because of the matrix of misinformation in the world of nutrition and fitness. We make 200 food decisions every single day. 200.

We are bombarded with super foods and detoxes, cleanses and juices that over promise, under deliver, and screw up our metabolism. Even if it helps us reach our desired weight loss or body composition goals, what did we learn? As soon as we go back to our old habits, we gain all of the weight back and more, starting at square one, looking for the next quick fix or miracle fat loss fad diet to implement for a few weeks of suffering. Rinse and repeat.
