Toni Wengel I’m a working Mom (two teenaged kids – Michael & Sophia AND two fur babies – (Walter & Daisy) and CEO of Be A Better U! My husband, Rich, is a house painter.

Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and Certified Food Healing Oracle Deck Reader who strives to help others achieve their nutrition and lifestyle goals to live a more balanced life. I’ve always had a passion for holistic health – trying solutions from a natural source first. My husband, on the other hand, had the opposite approach – it’s just the way he grew up. I wanted to find a way to convince my husband that the conventional way of doing things was not the only way. Then, once we had kids, I was even more determined to keep my use of natural products top of mind. My first attempt at convincing Rich was with essential oils. I had my own doubts at first having no experience with the but I was willing to give them a try. If they weren’t all they were cracked up to be I still had what I was currently using. I wanted to make sure they really did work so I chose an oil that was a bug repellent. I knew this was a challenge for any product because my husband and daughter both attract every bug when they walk out the door - I had yet to find something that was effective and lasted. My husband used to be an avid OFF! user and I flat out refused to use that on my daughter. I was absolutely amazed by the results – TRULY! My husband, my biggest skeptic, was even impressed. He applied the oil and gave it the ultimate test – he mowed the lawn and didn’t get bit! Believe me, that is an amazing feat! That was just the beginning and was the gateway to furthering my interest in natural health, not only medicinal but spiritual, physical and nutritional. I am an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and I help my clients improve their overall life! I recently became a Certified Food Healing Oracle Deck Reader - just another feather in my cap!
