The column-guided force of the Kaehler Core builds new neural pathways.
Teaching the spine to be a non-moving foundation for the arms, shoulder girdle and lower extremities to work against is KEY to elevating ones movement/power/body control.

In the rehab setting, here, I (we) teach everyone this new movement system.

Everyone has been moving the spine out of its anatomical position their whole lives to assist the arms and legs with movement. This is Nature's default movement system.

This system works until it doesn't. Injuries, specific weakness, loss of mobility, back pain (from overuse), etc.

Nature's system is chaotic but it gets its only goal accomplished - expand the population.

The "gross mobility" system or Nature's moving spine movement model targets different muscles.

A column-core bridge and a moving spine bridge are completely different exercises.

The Kaehler Core device applies force through the spine, activating deep stabilizing muscles that might not be targeted in typical exercises. Pulling through both hands activates large isometric abdominal muscle force that prevents the lower back from arching or flexing during the exercise movement. Ground shoulder elevation lifts in Level 1 position. The ground position helps build the column spine stability strength. The ground helps with the spine stability training. Levels 2,3, and 4 are upright postures which require higher levels of spine awareness and strength.

As users start to climb the column-core ladder the whole body strength/control becomes more clarified. Recurring sports training Injuries begin to go away while at the same time performance metrics improve at the same time.

The column-core training system starts to become the way you will train for the rest of your life as you personally see the powerful results.

You have to feel the whole body experiences to understand what I am talking about.

Videos and content could never properly explain the changes users begin to feel as they build into a new movement default.
