Ground shoulder elevation lifts in Level 1 position. The ground position helps build the column spine stability strength. The ground helps with the spine stability training. Levels 2,3, and 4 are upright postures which require higher levels of spine awareness and strength.

As users start to climb the column-core ladder the whole body strength/control becomes more clarified. Recurring sports training Injuries begin to go away while at the same time performance metrics improve at the same time.

The column-core training system starts to become the way you will train for the rest of your life as you personally see the powerful results.
