Photo organization isn’t a technology problem, it’s a decision-fatigue problem.
People assume the hard part is downloading files or choosing storage. In reality, the overwhelm shows up when someone realizes:
• how many copies they have
• how much they’re afraid of deleting the wrong thing
• how long they’ve been carrying the mental load
I met with a client recently who wanted help but needed space to process first. That’s part of the work too.
Good support doesn’t rush people. It gives them clarity, safety, and a way back when they’re ready.
