Who else tried to get their medicine this morning, and found out the hard way that the STATE site is down?

Wonder if that’s ever happened at a CVS or RiteAid, I don’t recall it ever once in my life?

If the state still has control over the operational ability of every single dispensary, how hard would it be to have them decide to just shut it down..similar to what happened in Texas? Scary!

The 10 plants being investigated constitute a "very small grow" ma*****na advocates say. Police say the man's death was accidental and happened in "thick underbrush" after he had fled from police.

It's official, the FDA has approved a CBD cannabis-drug for seizures...but what now?

Interesting outcry in California this week from shop owners that will now have to comply with stricter product/flower testing; "California is requiring shops to sell only ma*****na that has been tested for pesticides, potency and microbiological contaminants."

Safer products for the consumer, but owners say they'll now be responsible for paying expensive lab testing bills.

With the market in California projected to hit $3.7 billion this year, do they have something to complain about?

Strict regulations go into effect July 1 across the state, which means shops had to sell all non-compliant products by the end of business day Saturday, often at bargain prices.
