I served as a for my group. Belaying is a fundamental part of rope climbing and is crucial for safety. The climber places their trust in the belayer, and the belayer's constant attention, quick reflexes, and understanding of belay techniques are essential. One of my team members sent me a touching message about how my encouragement gave her the confidence to keep going, embrace the challenge, and realize her strength. My primary takeaway is that every role is important. You might not be at the top of the rope, but your support from the ground can help lay the foundation for .
