I hardly ever talk about myself in relationship to my work. In fact, those closest to me give me a really hard time about my silent, "no-plug" approach to things...I just LOVE what I do, the people I do it FOR & those I'm in partnership WITH...so when sent this to me, I was deeply humbled by these reflections, and I'm extremely grateful for the relationships that support my work and give me room and unwavering support to do my heart's work. This was my second year hosting the Wellness Retreat and it continues to be a magical moment for me.

The wine has been sipped and the container has closed. The first "Wine & Wellness" experience was a time to be had...serenity, sisterhood, softness framed our evening, giving pause, much needed rest and connection among a beautiful group of women.

This is what resistance looks like...a laying down of bodies & minds, and arising refreshed, renewed and open...to sharing laughter, tears, and good wine.

Thank you to all of the beautiful people who made their way, through traffic and rain, keeping a commitment to care more for themselves and carve out time...to laugh, to cry, and give themselves a moment of peace.

We needed this.

Cheers to self-care and granting ourselves permission to pause...and we'll gather again on 11.20...there's just 2 spots left to join our restful container.💤
