Specializing in working with individuals and couples to work through mental and emotional challenges from everyday life stressors to depression, anxiety, trauma, bereavement, and relationship hardships. Certified cognitive behavior therapist for over 25 years but uses an eclectic therapeutic approach to meet every client where they are and aspire to be.

💜 With the growing need, during these trying times,for mental health help, I needed to revamp my practice and determine a focused area of support. I will now be focused on individuals with special focus on women’s issues and couples therapy. As much as I l loved the over 25 years of also working with children and families, the demand has been too tremendous in my chosen niche. Thank you all for your continued support 💜

Also I now take a number of insurances in addition to private pay for individual needs but couples is private pay only.
