One of the best things about facilitating healing is to witness people's journey. It is such an amazing opportunity to co-create energetic medicine with Samantha Story L.Ac. The dynamic pairing of our two modalities is like a welcoming home to their origins. It is a humbling experience for me. And those we get to work with both human, crystalline and vibrational will continue to be my greatest teachers. One of my passions is to work in sisterhood with other talented healing practitioners. 13 Circles was and still continues to be a life changing and enhancing experience for me! When I first started attending 13 Circles led at the time by my dear friend and teacher Sophia Wise One, my self care practice was virtually nonexistent. I spent my days caring and mothering my twins who were toddlers at the time and evenings working. Even though I knew better, I didn't consistently show up and give myself what I needed! 13 Circles became my bare minimum of self care. Once I made the year commitment, I knew no matter what I was going to show up each month and have time to tend myself in the sanctuary of the group. And within the healing power of the group, I noticed how much space was created in my inner landscape in that time together. I re-emerged refreshed, feeling supported and grounded. Often I acquired a new tool or skill to put into practice. Other times it was a familiar one I now could remember to utilize again! I functioned much more efficiently at home and work mothering myself more consistently. And the best part was my children and husband experienced the benefits of my time away from them. By the end of that first year, I had forged a new found deep relationship with myself rooted in my intuition and knowing. The friendships that grew from our deep work and witnessing each other are priceless.
I am overjoyed to continue the spiral together and co-facilitate with Nerissa Alberts and the women who will weave with us in 13 Circles-Evenings with Crystals and Guides.

The altar is an anchor, a daily sanctuary to meditate, pray, or journal. It is a place to hold our magical tools, cards and objects that are symbols of our personal and/or collective work. Group treatments are special on their own. A magical and scientific phenomenon happens when we gather together. We entrain to one another and create a larger field of resonance. This is a foundational component to how crystals and minerals are both effective and a proactive approach to shifting outdated patterns and overall wellness. We come into resonance with the stone, our body acts accordingly and attunes itself. It’s like opening a locked door and now we have access to work on that part of one’s self. Through entrainment, group treatments can have a profound positive impact on personal and collective well being!
