Triang Muka Eka Pada Paschimottanasana! That's a mouth full! But I prefer it to it's translation, Three Limbs Facing One Foot Intense Back Body Stretch.
This is one of those seated postures that has a surprisingly effortful balancing element. If you happen to be like many students and require a block beneath your seat then be sure you only lift your seat enough to alleviate any tension you may feel in ankle or knee. Work in the most upright of positions you can take, then maybe start to take the fold keeping the uprightness of your spine. Make corrections to your balance starting from your core not your shoulders and keep the knees hugging towards one another. Enjoy!
