Mindfully Aligned

Mindfully Aligned I offer tools for mindful living to help people manage stress and anxiety and to become emotionally resilient. I stumbled upon mindfulness nine years ago.

Learn brain- based strategies to get unstuck and let go of unwanted behaviours. Since then, I have experienced the transformative power of mindfulness practice. It has been life-changing for me, so I would like help others develop the skills needed to act and live mindfully. In order to weave mindfulness into your daily routine, it is necessary to develop strategies to intentionally pause throughout the day and apply mindfulness to your routine..

Dysregulation: How does it feel?
It can take many forms since each brain is unique and processes information and the world around it differently.

It is essential to be aware of and recognize the subtle signs in our bodies.
We don’t always notice the signs in our bodies because we are used to functioning in “pilot mode.”

*Here are some examples of signs to pay attention to:
Shallow breathing.
Tense shoulders, neck.
Tight chest-anxiety.
Feeling disorganized (out of sorts).
Dry mouth,
To name a few.

*The Solution:
Awareness: Pay attention to signs and patterns.
* Through Journaling
* Inner check-ins throughout the day

2. Consciously choosing neuro-strategies that will help interrupt the wiring loop.
* We reset and recalibrate the nervous system whenever we interrupt a negative inner dialogue, a negative thought or emotion, or when feeling dysregulated.

3. Using Somatic Tools: Becoming present by bringing attention to bodily sensations.
* Embodying these practices over time will help develop inner resilience.

To a healthy, regulated nervous system,
F***y:)

*Please join me on September 11th. I have created a special event where I will teach and demonstrate these valuable techniques and neuro strategies.
You will have the opportunity to experience each one and walk away with tools you can start using right away to self-regulate and soothe your nervous system.

Are Negative Thoughts Haunting You? Don’t try to squash them.
…plus an announcement.

Ever wish you could quickly dissipate your negative thoughts that can make you feel anxious?
Well… I tried.
🪰✨ But here’s the thing: negative and anxious thoughts aren’t something we can squash with force. In fact, trying to fight them often makes them louder.
