Hey all! Looking for a legal assistant/receptionist/Paralegal job ...I've been plugging for months and haven't had much luck since being laid off during COVID . I have a full resume of temporary positions and the permanent position up until that is about 3 years long with the same temp agency. I usually don't broadcast asking for help but I can't put my pride aside when you never know who could help you out . I'm really skilled with data entry , quick typist...I have a Paralegal Associates degree and 35% of the way through a BA in Business Entrapreneurship . I hope to create and own my own Legal Practice working mostly with family law, divorce, child law, etc ...except I hope to not bring the issue fully too the courts. I hope to be a Mediator and help resolve the issue before the courts even have to get involved

There I a lot of new beginnings starting this year!

I am first happy to say that i successfully started my new Perm job in a new Law firm . I started at Spector Gadon Rosen Vinci about a month ago when I was only a temp for them at there front desk. I now a there permanent Legal receptionist at the front desk!
This is really a big deal for me because it proves that the work I have done thus far with temping and working alongside recruiters and such has all payed off so far ! i know am not exactly where Id like to be just yet meaning I love the form I am at but definitely want to have a higher position soon,,,but I a definitely where I NEED to be.
So I am been brain storming alot of new ideas for businesses to create for myself down the road and a few did not stick.
Firstly I want to say on behalf of my NeenTraprenuar Page that I will for right now be continuing my full out Childcare center. I plan to offer babysitting on the weekends and off time of mine if ever needed by close friends and family. I love being with kids but I do not want to make it my work. My career of working in law is going to expand.

I do not plan to work in my own PI firm either. Private investigating is an amazing field to get into but again not something I would like to manage and perfect so to speak. I am a thinker and a Problem solver so I know how to get the job done but with PI work I feel it is not where my experience belongs.

There are 2 Ideas for the future that I have my heart set on and I know that I would be able to realistically make the ideas come to life.

Idea #1- Mediation Practice - I found this out a few years ago that it is not too complicated to become a mediator and help people fix issues that really dont require anything but a person to help them divy out the information and details of a case instead of using case law to always figure everything out. Me personally I love Law and having law so to speak to help us make choices, but hen it has to do with the domestic and family issues of the world I have a very strong feelings for the money and time and effort these women men and children put forth to come to a meeting of the minds on problems that were created in there own home. I just do not feel the courts should be able to fully decide whats right and whats not right when talking about Domestic issues ( atleast not ALL ) of the issues.

This is where a mediator comes into play. They do the same as the lawyer take all the facts and combine them together to get a final common ground area that is needed for the family to figure out there issues. This cost Less money, Less time, Less aggravation except for a little bit of honesty. This is a practice I would LOVE to invest in.

Idea #2- E- Discovery - This is a needed service that even lawyers need from time to time. Researching , putting paper work together that needs to be processed and notary work that is needed are all aspects of legal work that is done to get the job done. It is a pain to do all this yourself so an ED helps you bring your paper work in and get any Administrative action resolved and researched properly .

I find this to be another Add on to my Mediator Practice because we will need E discovery work done anyway on site. I feel having a whole practice dedicated to E discovery will be beneficial to my practice too to show we are professional.

And Idea #3 which is very early of an Idea and can be found on my 1991 Page or type in NiNiReadings in your search bar and you will find my tarot card reading and spirituality page. This is more of a fun business. Right now i have only been learning about tarot Card readings for a few months and so for the first year I am doing ALL of my readings for free unless anyone would like to donate. Other then a page I am looking forward to making my own website as well so I can reach out to more fans and keep connected.

All of these ideas are set to STICK for good . I am glad I used the last year and a half to figure out where I belong in making an independent business for myself and I look forwards to growing with everyone here as my journey continues .

It is almost that beautiful time of the year when things should be warming up!

Hello and Happy Holidays from my family to yours!!! Some times during these times there are slews of people caught up in the hustle and bustle. But there are still alot of us that just tried all month to get into the spirit and respecfully so still the day before are not in the best holiday feels. This is Ok ...all year we are supposed to have a spirit Merry and Bright...This my friends is what builds a great community! A great family life! Having spirit through the tough times when they come during the year genuinely instead of trying to purchase more then you can afford for people you do not reach out to or maybe do not listen to when they are in the time of need but call them a neighbor. This is what I call demise and destruction. The new year brings new opportunities for all so do not worry if you are without ir not in the spirit are a time that is more about change if season and change of heart..new beginings. So this year focus on how you can GIVE to your family and friends and community. When you give this time make sure it does not need a box or bow...no wrapping paper .... Alot of us already get ourselves what we want ...How about giving a friend something need.

We sometimes turn our nose up to the issue right in our own communities ....
