Don’t forget to register for the Headstrong Fitness beginners class starting on Tuesday!
It a terrific class to lay a solid foundation in your form and technique! You’ll learn about breathing, how to brace your core, shoulder blade retraction and how to apply it to a variety of exercises!

Starting this Tuesday, a new Headstrong Fitness group class starts!
I’m very excited to bring this one on. I’ve had a lot of people ask for something more beginner friendly. The space became available and it launches next week!
The class is Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7am to 8am. Just bring water and a mat to stretch on!
The class will start with dynamic stretches followed by a short warm up. Once that’s completed, I’ll demo the exercises we’re doing for that day. It’s circuit training so you go at your own pace. Everything is timed. This means you can go slow, focus on your form and technique and speed up for more reps when you’ve got the exercise down!
This is a MUST TRY class!! If you have any questions or want to register, call me, Coach Dan at 215-667-4857.
Class is $90/month or $10 drop-in.

Alright folks! I’ve got a beginner friendly exercise class happening at the chino valley community center starting on the 12th. Class meets Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7-8am. Just bring a mat to stretch out on!
We will go over basics, (form and technique), and advance from there. It will be structured in a circuit training format.
This is an amazing class to take if you’re new to exercising! You will learn a LOT! If you feel like you’ve outgrown the class over time, I have an advanced class that meets Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.

A non intimidating workout program for beginners.

I utilize circuit training to keep the heart rate up at an optimal rate in addition to dumbbells, resistance bands, kettlebells and barbells for strength training resulting a higher calorie burn.
