Okay, it's officially out in the world.

I don't love the "look at me, buy my thing" energy that comes with launches.

That's not what this is about.

It's about sharing something I've learned—through 25 years of struggling, studying, coaching, and finally healing—that might help you.
Eating 2.0 is for:

➣ Every person who's ever felt powerless around food.

➣ Every parent trying to model healthy eating without passing on their "stuff" to their kids.

➣ Every coach, therapist, or nutritionist looking for a framework that goes deeper than diets, intuition, or meal plans.

➣ Every human trying to stay fed and sane in a world that's designed to overstimulate our hunger.

If you've been following along, you know the journey that led here.

If you're just discovering this now—welcome. I'm glad you're here.

I hope this book helps. That's all I really want.

Writing this book has been as much about food as it has been about healing and forgiveness.

About meeting the parts of ourselves that crave, control, rebel, and protect us through food…

And learning to feed them all with CARE.

Eating 2.0 isn’t a diet. It’s a way home to your whole self.

Coming October 29, 2025.

It’s been a quiet few months here—and here’s why:

I’ve been completely immersed in finishing my book, Eating 2.0. Years of work, countless edits, and a lot of love poured into every page.

Part of me is thrilled. I'm like, "Wow, there's so much good stuff in here!"

Part of me sees all the things I’d rewrite. I guess that's the point—becoming a better writer along the way.

Family has been the heart of these summer months. Celebrating my parents’ 80th with a beach bash, long summer nights, sunsets over the water, picnics, bike rides, and watching Asher experience first-time amusement park rides and pooping in the toilet!

Personal growth never stops.

I’m learning to notice defensiveness, relax, and listen. Hard work, but worth it. I'm also trying to improve at communicating and setting boundaries, things that have been historically difficult for me. Teaching people what I need to feel safe is no easy job.

What’s next?

The Eating 2.0 launch is coming next week. Can’t wait to share more of this journey with you—lessons, mistakes, growth, and plenty of stories along the way.

Wise words from an excellent book I’ve been listening to on ending the dieting hustle and reclaiming trust in your body. (I highly recommend!)

Moving forward can mean many things.

It might mean letting go night snacking, the easy takeout, or even the identity of ‘the person who doesn’t work out’

It might feel like losing a part of yourself—It can be scary to imagine a life that’s unrecognizable.

It may mean coping with things that you cannot change.

It may mean accepting that things need to change but systems or external blocks prevent that from happening right now.

It may mean working with the parts of yourself that are not OK and don’t trust you.

If you’re ready to reclaim your body trust, feel enough, and focus your energy on what really matters, DM me.

Who’s REALLY eating your lunch? 🍕🥗🍔

Ever feel like you’re being pulled in five different directions when it comes to food?

One minute you’re like, “Just grab whatever’s easy,” and the next you’re Googling the macros in a burrito bowl or wondering if your quinoa is ethically sourced. 🤔

Here’s the deal: you’ve got Inner Eaters inside you, all with different priorities.

And they’re all fighting for the spotlight:

🍟 Convenience Eater: “What’s fast, easy, with near zero critical thought?”

🍩 Pleasure Eater: “More cheese, please. And yeah, dessert is happening.”

🍻Social Eater: “Let’s split an app! Oh wait, let’s get drinks, too.”

🥗 Goal-Based Eater: “How many grams of protein is in this again?”

🌍 Environmental Eater: “Is this sustainable? What about the planet?”

The trick isn’t to pick just one. It’s to listen to them all without letting any one run the show 24/7.

So…which Inner Eater is running your diet today?

Drop a comment, and let’s talk about it (no judgment, even if it’s the one that just polished off that bag of popcorn).

The little man is definitely more excited about numbers, colors, and shapes than official ballots, but at least there were stickers😂!

No matter how seemingly mundane, every decision we make is like a vote for the world we want to live in.

Our actions, purchases, and words all set the tone for the next generation.

Today, it’s literal.

I wonder what my son will be voting on many years from now.

Will this fundamental act of democracy still be in place (I hope so!)

Will it look the same? Feel the same?

I’m not sure what the future holds, but I want him to experience what it means to be an active participant in the world—bring the whole family out to vote!

As a father, health and fitness are about showing up with energy, strength, and stamina for my son—not about looks.

Becoming a dad changed my relationship with my body and exercise.

I used to chase fitness out of fear—fear of not being strong, lean, or manly enough. I even wrote the TedEd video on “What Makes Muscles Grow” (Google it!).

I got that “look,” but it trapped me in rigid, anxious patterns, always chasing an idealized version of myself I could never reach.
I thought discipline meant lifting heavy, pushing harder, and controlling every bite.

Motivated by fear, I wore myself down rather than building myself up. Despite the visible success, the more I tried to live up to an image of perfection, the emptier I felt.

My workouts were compulsive, and my life revolved around the gym. I realized I was chasing a one-dimensional notion of being a man.

As I grew up, started a business, and became a father, I learned to stop punishing my body and start listening to it.

I let go of the need to control everything—including my body—and leaned into gentler, more mindful living. I began collaborating with my body, seeing it as a partner rather than an object to control.

The gym is still a great source of satisfaction, but building meaningful relationships with myself, others, and the world has become more important than any workout.

Today, I manage my body, food, and exercise without obsession. I’m just as fit as I was a decade ago, but now I trust my body, and I’m not attached to rigid, all-or-nothing thinking.

The best part? I’m more present with my wife and son. I don’t feel guilty about sharing dessert or skipping a workout for family time.

I make intentional decisions about food and exercise but no longer define myself by them. I cherish this balance—living as a healthy, emotionally attuned man who no longer defines his worth by his body.

I want this for you, too.

If you’re stuck in a cycle of stress, poor eating, and dissatisfaction with your body, I can help you redefine your relationship with yourself.

If you want to regain your energy and physical health, be more present with your family, and feel confident in your body again, DM me.
