Snickerdoodle Pie Recipe 😍😍
What will you need :
For pancakes:
° a cup of soft unsalted butter
° a cup of granulated sugar
°1 large egg
° 1½ teaspoons of vanilla extract
° a cup of milk
° ¼ cup sour cream
° 1⅔ cup all-purpose flour
° 1½ teaspoons baking powder °
°A teaspoon of baking yeast
° ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
° ½ teaspoon salt

To decorate:
° 3 tablespoons of melted butter
° a cup of granulated sugar
° 2 teaspoons of ground cinnamon

How to prepare cupcakes :
Step 1:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees and coat a standard muffin tin with nonstick cooking spray, then set aside.
The second step:
Add the butter and granulated sugar to a large mixing bowl and mix for about 2 minutes, until the mixture is smooth and well-combined. Then add the eggs, vanilla, milk and sour cream and mix until combined.
Step 3:
Stir into flour-butter mixture, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt. Use a rubber spatula to fold in until combined. Be careful not to over mix
The fourth step:
Pour the batter into a greased, spooned muffin tin, filling each mold about half its volume.
Fifth step:
Transfer the muffin pan to the preheated oven and bake for 25 minutes
Sixth step:
After baking, let the muffins cool in the muffin tray for 1-2 minutes, then place them on the cooling rack.
Decorations:
Seventh step:
Melt the butter for the filling in a small bowl. Meanwhile, mix the granulated sugar and cinnamon in another bowl.
Eighth step:
Once the muffins are out of the oven and cooled for a few minutes, brush each muffin with a thin layer of melted butter using a pastry brush.
Step 9:
Sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture generously over the butter layer.
